Making a complaint


If you have a complaint regarding an insurance broker or an insurance company.

If your complaint is about an Insight Member, then Insight suggests that you first discuss the problem with your complaints or customer relations contact at the firm.


If you cannot resolve the problem or you consider the Member has breached the Insights Code of Conduct, then contact Insight on 03 9561 8214 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting            03 9561 8214      end_of_the_skype_highlighting or email bfriend@insightinsurance.com.au.


If your complaint is about a NIBA Member, then NIBA suggests that you first discuss the problem with your complaints or customer relations contact at the firm.


If you cannot resolve the problem or you consider the Member has breached the Code of Conduct, then contact NIBA's registrar on 1800 004 306 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting            1800 004 306      end_of_the_skype_highlighting or email registrar@niba.com.au.
